Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• verify email addresses you have no lawful basis or permission to process;
• send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate any anti-spam law, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL or similar;
• harass, defraud, or harvest data about individuals without consent;
• probe, scan, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security controls of the Service or of any mail server;
• resell or expose the Service as a competing verification API without our written consent.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process any email address you submit. The Service performs technical checks only and does not grant you any right to contact a given address.

The Service is offered on free and paid plans and via pay-as-you-go credits. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Credits purchased as one-time packs do not expire but are non-refundable except as required by law. One verification consumes one credit regardless of the returned status. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

We may change our pricing and may introduce, modify, rename, combine or discontinue plans and credit packs at any time and at our sole discretion. We may also adjust the limits, quotas, features and included allowances of any plan — including the rate limits, monthly credits, batch sizes and other limits of the free plan — at any time.

Changes to recurring subscription pricing take effect from your next renewal. Free-tier limits and features may be changed, reduced or withdrawn at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the change.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

We work hard to keep the Service accurate and available, but email deliverability is probabilistic. Results (deliverable, undeliverable, risky, unknown) are provided on a best-effort basis and without warranty of accuracy. Some mail servers intentionally accept all addresses (catch-all) or defer connections (greylisting), which can limit certainty. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

API usage is subject to the rate limits of your plan. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access that we reasonably believe is abusive, harms the Service, or endangers our sending IP reputation.

To operate the Service securely and to meet our legal, regulatory, security and audit obligations, we maintain records of verification activity — including the address checked, the result returned, the account that requested it, and timestamps. These records may be stored on secure storage intermittently or for extended periods as needed, including after you delete a result from your dashboard or close your account, for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by applicable law. Access is restricted and the data is protected as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, branding and documentation, is owned by VerifyAnyEmailand protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you submit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifyAnyEmail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold VerifyAnyEmail harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
