Outbound Deliverability Test

🛡 Deliverability & security

Send a real email to a unique address and we grade your actual outbound setup — identity, authentication, transport, reputation and compliance.

Your test address is unique and single-use; the received message is analysed once and then deleted. It expires after 30 minutes if unused.

Why send a real email?

A domain-only scan can check your published DNS, but it can’t see how your messages actually go out: which IP sends them, whether SPF and DKIM pass and align with your From:, whether the sending IP has reverse DNS and is on a blocklist, whether TLS is used, and whether your unsubscribe headers and content meet bulk-sender rules. This test measures all of that from a message you actually send.

How it works

  1. Click generate — we create a unique, single-use address like scan-…@inbox.verifyany.email.
  2. Send any email to it from the domain/system you want to test (your app, ESP, marketing platform or mail server).
  3. The page updates automatically when it arrives and shows your full deliverability report.

We check: sending IP, HELO/EHLO, PTR & forward-confirmed reverse DNS, SPF result and alignment, DKIM signature (domain, selector, key, alignment), DMARC pass/fail, TLS on delivery, sending-IP blocklists, List-Unsubscribe & one-click, and message format (HTML + plain text, Message-ID). The received message is analysed once and then deleted.

Frequently asked questions

What should I send, and from where?
Any short email, from the exact system you want to grade (your app/ESP/mail server). Sending from a different account tests that account instead.
Why does DMARC show fail when SPF passed?
DMARC needs alignment — the passing SPF/DKIM domain must match your From:. SPF passing for an ESP bounce domain isn’t enough on its own.
Is my email stored?
No — it’s parsed once then deleted; the address is single-use and expires in 30 minutes.
